THE PROCESS

o    On site inspection to review facility operational parameters

o    Compile billing data and HVAC/electrical energy use information

o    Identify applicable utility, state and federal rebate programs

o    Cost segregation analysis to maximize depreciation tax benefits

o    Prepare final cost reduction analysis and implementation plan

o    Submit all rebate program applications

o    Management of retrofit for all approved componentry and equipment
