Project Control Group, Inc. offers its clients several options for managing their projects. Traditional project management dictates that all project participants' contracts are direct with the client. This approach requires a significant amount of client support staff in the facilities and accounting areas. However, PCG also offers the client an alternative approach by establishing a single source of responsibility through our Turnkey Project Management option.

In cases where the client does not have the resources of a full support staff to evaluate and process the hundreds of documents and communications that arise in a typical project, our firm has the capability to contract directly with all project participants, compile data, obtain client approvals and consolidate payment requisitions into a single document for the client management to review and approve. Throughout the project, the client will only be required to interface with Project Control Group for all project-related issues, thereby reducing internal staffing needs.

As each project has the potential for a distinct group of participants, we customize each proposal to meet the needs of our clients.
